Understand your payment options

Our standard fee for a therapy session is $225. At this time, we do not accept insurance directly. However, making mental health services accessible is very important to us. We can provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider, and we may be able to help guide you through that process to determine what your reimbursement benefits will be.

We believe finances shouldn't automatically prevent someone from accessing the right therapist, so a limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available at rates between $100 and $200 per session. Reduced fees are based on factors such as household income, household size, financial circumstances, and availability. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, we also work with Thrizer to help you understand your benefits and potential reimbursement. If cost is a barrier to working with one of our clinicians, you're welcome to ask about current reduced-fee availability.

Payments are due at the time of the session. A credit card is required to be kept on file, and we also accept Zelle payments. For in-person sessions, cash payments are accepted as well. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about payment options or out-of-network reimbursement.
